Memorandum
The Office is asked, with some frequency, why Small Matter No. 001 is red.
The Office has reviewed the question and finds it does not require an answer.
The record shows that at no point was another colour proposed. No vote was taken. No objection was raised. The item was red before the Office convened, and remained red afterwards.
The Office is aware that this is not an explanation. It is, however, what happened.
The matter is closed.
